	Our 50th Wedding Anniversary On the day of our function, the layout of the room, together with the various table settings created an impressive and memorable e ambiance. I would like to take this opportunity to praise the staff who worked on our function; the waitering staff, in particular, were attentive, patient and polite. These qualities were appreciated by the guest, many of whom were seniors. Every one of the many phone calls we received following our function was full of praise for the staff and for the food. Many thanks to your function staff for contributing a memorable function, my wife and I will have wonderful memories of this event. -Jozef and Luiza


	Oasis Club Annual Meeting We had previously attended your club over the last three years and each time the food and service was excellent. However, this year, the consensus of our members was that the food and service this year was even better than the prior years and we wish to publicly acknowledge the work of your functions team. Over the last 43 years we have been to many venues around Sydney but the food and service at your club has definitely been superior to most of them. -David


	International Volunteers Day Breakfast We would particularly like to thank you for the organization and standard of service which was helpful, efficient and professional and was a major factor in the evening being a success. The volunteers greatly appreciate the recognition they received on this special day and the wonderful atmosphere of the breakfast. 	Electricity Commission Retired Employees Association Lunch Will you please accept this letter of appreciation of the excellent lunch that you provided for members of ECREA. I had previously recommended your club to other group and invited a few of their members to our lunch as a preview of your service and they were exceptionally pleased. 	Annual Christmas Luncheon - Waterboard Former Employees Club Please pass on to your Staff at Burwood RSL our sincere thanks for a wonderful function yesterday. As people arrived I could hear comments "doesn't the room look beautiful", as indeed it did. I also had many of our members comment on how much they enjoyed the meal. The service was great and the staff excelled in every way. Please let them know how much it was appreciated. We look forward to next year's event in Burwood RSL club. -Joan


	I am writing personally to express the thanks of my wife and myself for the very fine way the staff of Burwood RSL club provided for us as members of WFEC. I don't doubt that you will hear from others who attended yesterday's function. This year was the eighth year that we have our Christmas luncheon at Burwood RSL and I am sure it won't be the last. The facilities that Burwood RSL provided for us are without equal. Also the food for our luncheon was delicious and the presentation of the table settings was comfortable and attractive. My wife plays the piano and I coordinate the entertainment and we appreciate your help. I would like to particularly to thank your staff who served our meal and for their courtesy and friendly helpful assistance with the timing of our lunch in relation to our entertainment. We had a great day and its success was particularly enhanced by the venue of Burwood RSL, please thank everyone involved. - John

	I love this Club! Belong to it. This morning's show was fabulous - 2 great entertainers and wonderful food. Still, as a member of 30 clubs and living in Liverpool I come here by public transport from Liverpool for the raffles & Scott. This is also one of the rare ones that haven't made major cuts since the tax increased. It's a great Club ! Lynn from Liverpool
